Terms of Service

QrdyCraft is operated by Qrdy, a Vietnam-based maker of creative tools. Sister products include Dynamic QR (qrdynamic.xyz), Bulk QR, OneLink, and a family of Canva apps. Contact: support@qrdynamic.xyz.

QrdyCraft turns keywords or photos into printable mosaic-sticker craft kits. Each kit includes a numbered grid, a sticker sheet, and a printer-ready PDF with cut marks. The service generates the artwork using AI, traces it into polygons, and renders the PDFs. We may add or remove games, change limits, or modify how the pipeline works at any time as the product evolves.

You access QrdyCraft through single sign-on with your QrdyAI account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including supervising any children who use the service with you. Do not share your QrdyAI credentials. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to register a QrdyAI account; younger users must have a parent or guardian operate the account on their behalf.

QrdyCraft is designed as a parent-operated tool. The typical workflow is: a parent generates a mosaic, prints it at home or at a print shop, and the child peels and places the stickers under parental supervision. You agree that any child using the service is doing so under your supervision and that you accept responsibility on their behalf.

QrdyCraft offers a Free tier and a paid Pro tier (monthly or annual). Pro is billed in advance through Lemon Squeezy and renews automatically until you cancel.

• Cancellation. You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
• First-purchase refund. We offer a 7-day refund on your first Pro purchase. Email support@qrdynamic.xyz to request one.
• Subsequent renewals are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Quota resets. The AI generation and photo upload counters reset at midnight UTC on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused quota does not roll over.
• Plan changes. We may change pricing or plan limits with at least 30 days' notice. Existing paid subscriptions keep their original price for the remainder of the current billing period.

You agree not to use QrdyCraft to generate, upload, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or harassing content.
• Content depicting real-world children in non-consensual situations.
• Content infringing third-party copyright, trademark, or right of publicity (for example, branded characters, celebrities, politicians).
• Malware, spam, or content that promotes illegal activity.

You also agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its outputs except as expressly permitted (see Section 7).
• Reverse-engineer the AI pipeline, scrape generation outputs at scale, or abuse the API.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, payment, or access controls.
• Remove, crop, obscure, edit, or otherwise alter the QrdyCraft watermark on any PDF, image, or printable output generated on the Free tier. The watermark is the attribution we receive in exchange for letting you use the service for free. Removing watermarks is a Pro-tier feature — upgrade to Pro if you need clean output. Using external tools, image editors, or AI inpainters to strip the watermark from a Free-tier file is a violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content. You retain ownership of the prompts you type and any photos you upload. We process them only to render your mosaic.

Your creations. You own the mosaics QrdyCraft generates from your inputs and can use them for personal, family, educational, and small-scale gift use. Commercial resale of generated mosaics requires our written permission.

License to us. To operate the service, you grant Qrdy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, render, and display your prompts, uploads, and creations as needed to provide QrdyCraft to you. If you publish a creation to the public gallery, this license extends to displaying it in the gallery and in QrdyCraft promotional surfaces (homepage feed, social posts that link back to the gallery item) until you unpublish it.

Our property. QrdyCraft's software, design, brand, AI pipeline, and underlying intellectual property belong to Qrdy. These Terms do not transfer any IP rights in the service itself to you.

QrdyCraft uses third-party AI models (OpenAI, Cloudflare Workers AI) to expand prompts and generate base imagery. AI output is unpredictable and may occasionally produce results that are inaccurate, biased, or unexpected. We filter the pipeline against adult content and well-known copyrighted characters, but we cannot guarantee every output is safe or original. You are responsible for reviewing every generated mosaic before printing or sharing it.

Sign-in, payment, image generation, prompt expansion, database hosting, and application hosting are provided by third parties (QrdyAI, Lemon Squeezy, Cloudflare, OpenAI, MongoDB Atlas, Vercel). Their availability and terms are outside our control. If a third party is unavailable, parts of QrdyCraft may not work.

QrdyCraft is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, with all faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qrdy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that printed output will match your expectations, or that AI-generated content will be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qrdy's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of QrdyCraft is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Qrdy for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. Qrdy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Qrdy, its affiliates, and its personnel harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the service, or (c) content you submit or generate that violates third-party rights.

You may stop using QrdyCraft at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@qrdynamic.xyz. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abuse of the service, non-payment, or for any other lawful reason, with notice where practical. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid period except as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Vietnam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice on this page and, where appropriate, by email or in-product banner before the change takes effect. Your continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
